Für etwa ein Jahr wurde der Rotwein von Lemberger und Cabernet Dorsa-Traube im Barrique ausgebaut. Er zeigt eine sehr schöne Nase mit Aromen von Kirschen, Cassis, Pflaumen, Brombeeren, Rauchfleisch, Kaffee, Schokolade, Tabak, Zeder, Minze, Lorbeer, Pfeffer, Nelken und Veilchen. Am Gaumen fleischig, saftig, viel dunkle Frucht, würzig, samtig, perfekter Holzeinsatz, erdig, vielschichtig, sehr elegant, nicht zu druckvoll und sehr lange nachhallend.
