Im Vordergrund der Weinbereitung steht das außergewöhnliche Terroir des Weimarer Poetenweg, unter dessen Namen die Weine vermarktet werden. Die Bodenstruktur, die einen hohen Kalkgehalt aufweist sorgt zusammen mit dem Lehm- Tonanteil für besondere Weine mit eigenständigem Weinstil. Das gilt auch für die Poet-Weine, unsere fruchtbetonten Cuvées.
